Imagine a company operating 10 years from now. A company that does not seek criteria beyond performance and potential from recruitment to performance evaluation, promotion processes; consisting of people of different ages, ethnicities, genders, and opinions, where everyone is given an equal voice, and where positive discrimination is unknown…
Here is our vision: to be a pioneering association in increasing the number of such companies worldwide, starting from Turkey. For a sustainable business life, we will continue to walk this path without barriers, drawing strength from each other, no matter what!
We are addressing the discriminatory mindset that underlies and legitimizes the emergence of all inequalities, rather than tackling them individually based on their specific areas. The value we aim to establish in the business world aligns with creating awareness against all forms of inequality inclusively. Instead of seeking superficial, temporary solutions, we aim to delve into the root causes of the problems and propose a collective solution.
What Are We Doing?
We are developing a DEI Implementation Guide to enhance understanding of inclusivity, and providing measurement and evaluation tools for organizations. By establishing a community of change ambassadors with HR leaders and collaborating with universities, we are building a fair future. With our “Sesi Açıyoruz” program, we leverage the power of our stories by sharing them on social media.
As the INAN Community, our mission is to lead the widespread adoption of a work culture that ensures equal opportunities for everyone in the workplace, supports diversity, and fosters inclusivity.
We aim to contribute to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Specifically, our efforts are directly related to the goals of “Gender Equality,” “Fair Work and Economic Growth,” and “Reducing Inequalities.”
We work towards having more women leaders in the workforce, promoting equal pay for equal work, and ending gender discrimination while striving to create inclusive work environments that provide equal opportunities for everyone from diverse backgrounds.
