Through the collaboration between INAN Association and DIAL Global, Türkiye joined the Global Inclusion Index for the first time in 2025. In this global index — which includes organizations operating in more than 65 countries across APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM — nearly 100 companies from Türkiye gained the opportunity to benchmark and evaluate their inclusion and organizational culture commitments at an international level.

The Global Inclusion Index approaches inclusion not merely as a measurable score, but as a development journey that supports long-term cultural and strategic transformation. Conducted through the CITIES Framework (Culture, Inclusion, Talent, Impact, Equity, Social), the study enables organizations to assess their current state, identify development areas, and systematically structure their inclusive transformation journeys.

As INAN Association, we view this process as a long-term, sustainable pathway to strengthening inclusive organizational cultures in Türkiye. We continue our efforts to ensure that more institutions join this global journey in the years ahead.
