The first week I started work, the pressure started with my superior constantly yelling at me and accusing me of lying. He humiliated me at every opportunity and made unfounded allegations. At first I thought it was just a temporary situation and tried to be patient, but these behaviors escalated over time. One day, unable to take the pressure any longer, I shared the situation with human resources, but no further action was taken, except to put a physical distance between me and my superior.
Later, I was assigned as an assistant to another team leader. In my second month, when I made a small mistake, my new superior gave me a stern warning. I went to human resources again and explained the situation, but again, they simply moved me to a different department and no disciplinary action was taken. There was a clear lack of corporate culture within the company, with managers constantly shouting and insulting me.
Four months before I left, my first superior came back to work and became my superior again. At first, his behavior didn’t seem to change, but over time he started to pass on his own mistakes and the mistakes of other departments to my manager as if they were mine. When I realized this situation, I tried many times to tell the truth, but I could not get any results. As a result of this constant psychological pressure and unfair accusations, I decided to quit my job for my health and mental balance.
The difficulties I experienced and the unfair treatment I received during this process wore me out. However, by sharing my story, I want to give hope to others in a similar situation and make their voices heard.
